The Colony Realtor Paris Trip Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This promotion is open exclusively to licensed Realtors actively practicing in Texas. Only primary agents listed on a qualifying contract are eligible for entry. Co-agents and referral agents are not eligible. Realtors must be in good standing with their licensing board at the drawing time.
How to Enter: Every completed home sale at The Colony between January 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, counts as one (1) contest entry for the representing Realtor. A “completed home sale” is a closed transaction, meaning homes must have successfully closed and funded within the promotion period. The associated entry is void if the contract is canceled or fails to close for any reason; there is no limit to the number of entries per Realtor; each closed home sale counts as an additional entry.
Prize Details:
One (1) deluxe trip to Paris will be awarded to the winner. The trip includes:
- Round-trip airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. airport
- A five-night stay at a luxury hotel in Paris.
- A curated itinerary with select experiences and dining vouchers.
- Additional inclusions are to be determined by Hunt Communities.
The trip must be taken within a specified travel window (dates to be provided to the winner). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional travel costs, including passport/visa fees, personal expenses, and optional excursions, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection & Attendance Requirement:
The prize drawing will be held in person in October 2025 (the exact date and location will be announced). The winner must be present to claim the prize. No representatives or proxies are allowed. If the selected winner is absent, an alternate winner will be drawn. The winner may be required to provide identification and proof of eligibility before receiving the prize.
General Conditions: Hunt Communities reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
By participating, Realtors agree to allow Hunt Communities to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. The winner is responsible for the prize’s federal, state, and local taxes. Hunt Communities is not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or unforeseen events that may impact the trip.
